"So today around 3:30pm, staff showed what they really think of their workplace. Not acknowledging customers or not willing to help until I put shoes on the counter and interrupt their conversation. My family and I came in planning to purchase new shoes for school, until a female dressed in her footlocker decided it was a perfect time to start swearing and carrying making a complete seen. After noticing her behaviour we decided that it was the perfect time for her to leave, until she came back again with the same attitude problem. Now as I parent of quite young children, I was not impressed to say the lease. Management need to be monitoring this store as I imagine it isn’t the first complaint. Can now say we will not be returning to that store and instead driving to Charlestown as they even have the decency to acknowledge us and try and help us in any way possible."
