"I went into the YD store looking for a pair of slip on shoes to go with a suit I already own. Trying numerous stores within the shopping centre I often found myself disappointed by either the poor quality of customer service or the limited selection of items for sale. However, when I walked into YD right when I was about to give up I was served by Chloe who not only helped me locate the shoes I needed but explained to me why they would go with the outfit I had planned to use it for. In addition, I also came to find other accessories to upgrade my outfit such as a pocket square and a lapel pin with helpful, yet not forceful guidance from her, giving me confidence in my purchases. Finally, after tallying the costs of these items I still ended up saving more money than expected!
