"Nice and cosy place. Water park is a fun for kids.. Ocean view cabins are the best to see the beautiful sea and sunrise while sleeping on your bed."
"Don’t read into the reviews. I’m glad I didn’t. Sure it’s not perfect to some because of cabins being outdated and noisy, but it was comfortable for us. Has a fun water park for the kids, clean pool that lights up at dark. Can hear the ocean from our cabin and a 2 second walk, and this place has a on site food van that serves breakfast and lunch. Brett was very welcoming at check in. Thank you. Very appreciated. Kids don’t want to go home."
"What a dump ! Cabins need to be pulled down let alone refurbished! We booked 3 Cabins for my husband and I , our children and grandchildren, all 3 weren’t clean , chewing gum stuck under the bunk beds , they smelt bad too . No fans or aircon upstairs gif the children , it was like a sauna . 80- 90% of the park is for permanent caravans. The facilities are sadly lacking , no park for children. We were surrounded by drunken lads , smashed beer bottles , the worst place I’ve ever stayed . Please take this information onboard , do not stay here ! The council should investigate this place , shocking bad !"
"The location of the park is great. Walking distance to the beach, a few minutes drive to shops and fast food restaurant’s and it doesn’t take long at all to drive to The Entrance. The kids Water Park is great and the pool is nice too. The cabin we stayed in was a perfect size but unfortunately it is extremely outdated. We checked in on a Friday at approximately 6pm and noticed that the toilet paper holder wasn’t doing its job well & the toilet paper wouldn’t sit on it. The shower head was broken and therefore we couldn’t use it that night & had to wait until after 8am to report it broken & needing immediate repair. Not being able to shower that night was an inconvenience, then having to spend time reporting the issue and then waiting for someone to repair it was also an inconvenience and not something that I care to have to spend time doing on a short weekend stay. A young man came to inspect the issue, left to get more tools, came back and replaced it and left the shower, tiles and basin quite a mess & didn’t clean up after himself. The sofa was a sofa bed, we went to pull it out to use because the kids were afraid of sleeping upstairs but we couldn’t use it because the frame of the bed was broken and therefore couldn’t be pulled out. We stayed in early March which isn’t busy season, we paid just over $500 for 2 nights & whilst this park has a few great things about it they’d really need to up their game to get people coming back at these prices."
"Unbelievable! What a waste of money!! $880 for 2 night you’d think you would have ur own washer and dryer but instead had to pay for and share with the whole park. Which then peoples laundry were getting stolen!! Flying cockroach in the room. Thin paper walls you could hear ur neighbours literally talking. Very outdated and dirty rooms. Had the worst sleep. Money pinched from another neighbor’s car. But security was quick to tell us to go inside if we were having coffee out on ur own balcony. Very disappointed"
