"Went to return a top without receipt. 1st salesperson lovely and said I could exchange it. Picked out new more expensive item but different salesperson at register scolded me (yes scolded) me for not having receipt- very embarrassing plus slammed things around whilst serving me. Only joy was when I asked her what her name was - look on her face was priceless! Long term customer and I won't be going back again now!!"
"Went in and a sale item wasn't in my size, absolutely loved the jeans though, but left. Came back the next day, the lovely girl recognised me and despite low expectations called another store to check if the jeans were in my size, and they were. Absolutely wonderful customer service, super friendly. :)"
