"The previous buisness was nothing special just decent , but now it is poor . The meals are small and low in taste , the honey chicken is stringy and gets caught in my teeth , it's just a convenient meal not very enjoyable"

"Just got home with a small sweet n sour pork and satay chicken. Had two bites and had to throw in bin, i never throw out food and am not a picky eater but it was uneatible. The satay chicken made me gag smelling it and the bites I had made me dry reach. I don't know why it was like this but it makes me worried they are doing something that health officials would shut down"

"There is more nutrition in the plastic fork than this place. Cold, tastless, disgusting, very small portions for the price and unfriendly staff. Honey chicken is all batter, not one piece of chicken. My sugestion would be not to eat here!"

"Used to be a regular customer here but not after tonight. Had to take my meal back because there was bean sprouts in my dish (Chicken Fried rice noodle) every other time l have ordered here (twice a week) there was never bean sprouts in the dish. I was polite asking for a new one to be made because l cant eat bean sprouts and there was never bean sprouts every other time. Before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said "You never asked for no bean sprouts!" I said to her that's because every other time there wasnt any on my dish. She got angry at me and started to make me a new bowl picking up as little as she could and only putting about 6 pieces of tiny chicken in. She yelled into the kitchen in her language to make it again (I can only hope) When I got my dish out it tasted and looked completely different to what my partner ordered (he ordered the same thing) Whilst eating my new dish l watched a Male chef and the lady looking at my old dish ( that was sitting on their counter) and talking about it. The male chef then wiped around the bowl with a cloth sat down in the serving area and started eating it! YUK! I work in customer service and everyone knows that a wrong order should be thrown in the bin ESPECIALLY if the customer had already touched it! (I had taken a few mouthfuls before I knew that I didn't want the dish) Extremely rude customer service. Place has gone down something chronic and l will from now on be taking my money elsewhere"

"Firstly it's obvious since the new staff serving this place has really gone DOWN it use to be really nice and customer service was friendly. BUT now it's poor and customer service sucks, boss should sack the short lady serving she is so rude to people I nearly didn't bother ordering just hearing her speak to customers absolutely shocking. Little old ladies getting pressured to answer her QUICK she just says NEXT.... NEXT... I ordered my meal a nicer young lady served me but on her way to the kitchen to hand the bowl of I ingredients to the cook she stumbled and dropped the bowl not her fault and I was happy to wait... the short very rude girl snatched the bowl in disgust and started throwing in ingredients fast leaving out some and it was obvious she was putting as less ingredients as she could. It was nearly half qhat the other nice girl prepared. I asked for my money back won't go back!!"
