"1 star is more then they deserve so disgusted by the staff in this establishment i called to order food the girl was extremely rude on the phone i didnt even bother to pickup my order STRONGLY RECCOMEND AVOIDING . any establishment that has staff speak to customers like that doesnt deserve business. its a basic necessity and if you cant manage that then dont bother opening your doors. Its clear after reading the recent reviews others have also experienced rude service so claiming otherwise is completely False! maybe you should put your effort into retraining your staff in customer service rather then replying to every review telling customers there wrong for their experiences at your shop and making excuses for your shops unprofessional behaviour & bad service clearly noone feels there review will be accepted kindly by actually coming in or even calling i know after the dispicable treatment i received over the phone i have no intention of going into your store i have a right to make other potential customers aware of how you treat customers word of mouth sticks and i gaurentee everyone i know will be dodging your establishment .. if you actually have interest in improving your staff the girl who answered was working sat 28th at lunch never got a name so maybe you can focus your efforts on her to start with ."
