"What can I say, I've been there about 7 times these past 2 weeks, each time buying something new, or exchanging, or replacing something that was broken. I bought 7 fish one one day that I weren't quite sure about, and one of the members took close to half an hour to share his expertise with me making sure that I was well informed, taking care of the fish, and helping with all my questions. Later, I had another staff member help me when I thought my filter was broken, she took it apart and fixed it then and there, making it like a quick and easy solution, free of charge, she just wanted to help. I've had so much advice, and so much professionalism from every single staff member I've spoken to across all the visits, each are extremely knowledgeable and kind, and have literally gone above and beyond for me every single time without fail. Hats off to Petbarn Tuggerah, you guys are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much !"
