"Just tried to purchase items at this place and found the price advertised on shelf is not what they charge you. What was supposed to be $5 was $19.85 at till. I realised they have been ripping me off every time I get same items. Usually I bought other things with them and didn’t notice. Also every time we had problems with nearly everything else showing up different at till by large amounts in expensive items. What makes this seem more deliberate is that I pointed this out and later returned to find these items back in same spot advertised at the wrong price again. I figured looking back we are out of pocket for a large amount. Will be contacting fair trading this is totally illegal."
"I just wanted to say that I’m so impressed with the aquarium set ups for bettas as Tuggerah! It’s so refreshing see decent setups with heaters, filters and space! The bettas also look wonderful, vibrate and healthy with the help of well educate, friendly staff on aquatic animals. Keep up the great work! Love to see it and I hope this sets an example for other aquatic businesses!"
