"Very bad service, went for a beard trim .. he ruined it by trimming one side slimmer than the other..I had to drive back again and still they couldn’t fix it …too lousy and unprofessional , the guy who did mine seems lazy and intentionally wanted to finish of the job quickly , I will not go to this place again ..I was due to attend an important business meeting in the evening…. Absolutely ruined my day .. Tuggerah kingsman is better ."
"I arrived around 5pm on Friday 17th March & asked if there was any chance I could get a haircut & got a polite yes, grab a seat was the reply. Haircut was quite good & attention to detail same. The gentleman who cut my hair was friendly & showed me how my haircut was at the back with a mirror & he explained how he cut different lengths to get my straggly hair to look decent. My wife was very happy with it as she said I looked 100% better and she commented on how neat the back was. I would be happy to go back and get my next haircut here!"
"Myself and my friend received haircuts here, him asking for a fade which he did not receive. Myself asking for a fade and a shaved pattern in the side of my hair. The haircut was ridiculously 1 hour long and my scalp was cut due to not using shaving oil. Rough and terrible job done, they will be losing myself as a customer due to poor service."
