"Great night out! Our server James was so wonderful, nothing was a problem (and funny). Food was AMAZING! So well priced with good size servings- chef was also very engaging and happy to share interesting information about Korean food! Thanks James for a great night"
"A great peaceful and intimate atmosphere if you don’t like overly-stimulating places like me. I brought my friend who wanted to try Korean cuisine for the first time. I checked out the menu and decided it was fairly priced compared to a lot of the other Korean restaurants in Newy! Best decision ever! When my friend and I entered, straightaway you can feel an undeniable comforting “home-y” feeling. We ordered the steamed kimchi dumplings and takoyaki (octopus) balls for entree. Both delicious, dumplings cooked perfectly, first plate of takoyaki balls were slightly undercooked so the server came back and brought us a fresh new batch that were deliciously crunchy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. The soy sauce and chilli flakes in the condiment basket on the table, paired perfectly with the dumplings. My friend ordered the Hotpot in a large size, and I ordered the BiBimbap in a large. DO NOT ORDER LARGE IF YOU ARE NOT SHARING FOOD WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE!!! We had so much leftover despite sharing both our meals with each other. Overall, attentive service, generous portions, reasonably priced, calm and peaceful atmosphere and just a comforting taste of “home cooking”. Only downsides are the limited drink options, and very limited parking area. Restaurant is located outside Charlestown square, opposite the MacDonalds. Park in the square where Domino’s and Gorgeous Gowns are."
"We ordered the Sweet Potato Noodles and the Crunchy Korean Fried Chicken and enjoyed our lunch. Service was very attentive and good considering they were one staff short. This person was waiting on the tables and also cooking the meals ordered by everyone. So yes this restaurant has my thumbs up! Here is a photo of our food which we obviously enjoyed :)"
"Delicious!! We took the family and it was beautiful food. The chef was delightful and creates so many happy flavours. Note: If you are thinking it will be the mesh Korean BBQ with small pieces of meat cooked at the table, then think again. They bring the dishes all out on a cast iron wok, but it is no less delicious. I've shared some pics so you can see. Highly recommend! Bibimbap 11/10"
