"In terms of Shopping Centre sushi joints, this is probably the pinnacle of what's on offer. The storefront us incredible and so well designed. The segmentation of singular items and meals in separate displays, is such a simple, but effective way if presenting the items. The food itself is fantastic. It's sushi, need I say more. You can also see the sushi being made, through a glass window. So cool, especially considering it's location in the middle of Westfield. They also have plenty of places to sit. There are several spy sauce bottles for convenience, and chopsticks are readily available. One of the best cheap eats in Tuggerah."

"Pros: The food quality is excellent, never disappointed with the taste or texture of the sushi rolls. The customer service is also good. Cons: Far too much wastage of plastic. Even if you're sitting down you still get given a plastic container and the soy sauce are little plastic fish - why not put soy sauce bottles on each table and serve on plates ? Sustainability please ?"

"I always have my sushi from you guys, some days its fresh and lovely and other days its not so great. One particular day I do my normal order with miso soup. The staff over charged me by $ 0.80. I know its not much but when I enquire, they informed me that they have upped the price. Mind you their menu booklet clearly stated the price of each items they sell. To which the register lady replied "oh, that's old menu!' Sorry guys but I am a paying customer, you promoted this menu not just in one spot but two. How on earth would I know it is an old menu. Please remove them or charge your customers correctly according to advertised menu displayed. Thanks"
