She specializes in resilience building, mindfulness, and working with individuals to overcome anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, bipolar and other mood disorders, personality disorders, critical incident traumas, complex trauma, and posttraumatic stress disorder.

During her training at the Hebrew University in Israel in 2012, Sharon developed a particular interest in treating trauma and building resilience. This passion led her to dedicate a significant portion of her professional training and supervision to working with Emergency Service Workers in the treatment of PTSD.

As a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists, and Member of the EMDR Association of Australia, Sharon is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of psychology.

Our practice operates during specific hours to ensure we can provide the highest level of care. We are closed on Mondays and weekends, but available on Tuesday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Wednesday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
