"Great man on service desk, friendly staff… however on our second time visiting the swim centre for our daughters 2nd swimming lesson 6 1/2 months old Whist the staff lady was holding my daughter on the edge of the pool she was easily distracted she managed to say can your daughter ( then my daughter 6 1/2 months old has fallen back and hit her head on the glass panel before she finished saying sit up … on top of that the class did not have a teacher ready for the class so they had to get another person in to do the session making it start 10 minutes late and then it finished 5 minutes early so we ultimately got 15 minutes of class Now the man at the front was very apologetic said we could come for free the following week and would speak to the staff member but by then it’s too late My daughters safety is my priority and what if that was just cement behind her etc. Sorry for this review Arnold but it is what it is I hope the staff member has learned from this and from us leaving. I wish everyone a happy bright experience in the future at Arnold’s"
