"Thanks for hosting a great 6 year olds birthday party last weekend! My daughter was so happy. Having your staff take the kids around, put the bands on and provide jugs of water was so great. And there is enough space for everyone to stay and feel comfortable."

"Staff is a disgrace. My child had a potential neck injury at this facility, the staff had no training in what to do, no spinal board or advice on laying him down, NOTHING. They told my partner to “put him in the car and take him home”. Refused to call a ambulance multiple times kept asking “are you sure you’d like a ambulance called”. Eventually after 6 times of being asked to call a ambulance they finally did. Instead of showing my son some compassion and human decency and attending to my child the manager wanted to just argue with my partner instead! Saying they hold no responsibility and that my child is fine. The staff had zero compassion towards my child and the situation! Disgraceful and unprofessional."

"Son had his 8th birthday party here and loved it. Only gave 4 stars as there isn't as many trampolines as id thought."

"took my little kids for fab fun friday & they loved it! finally, an activity they enjoyed. i was worried if it'll hold their interest coz the activity went for 4 hours. the kids were split into groups & each group went thru 3 or 4 sections in the centre. they had sausage for lunch which they liked. the only thing is they didn't get enough time on the trampoline & wanted to do more of that. and they wanted some free play time where they can do whatever they like at the centre. next time we'll take them there for free play."

"The kids always have a great time playing, but every time we've been they've only had one person working both the desk and cafe, so queues build up really quickly the person switches between signing people in and serving people food and drinks. Take your own food and drinks or plan to get something somewhere else afterwards."
