Welcome to Branxton-Greta War Memorial Swimming Pool, located at Maitland Street in Branxton, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest in the Cessnock LGA, we are proud to offer three public pools for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Please note that our outdoor seasonal pools at Branxton and Cessnock are open from the end of September until the end of March, while the Kurri Kurri Aquatic and Fitness Centre is open year-round. Our operating hours during weekdays are from 6am to 5:30pm, with lap swimming only from 6am to 9am. On weekends and public holidays, we are open from 7am to 5:30pm, with lap swimming only from 7am to 9am.

In addition to being a public swimming facility, Branxton Pool is also home to the Branxton Greta Amateur Swim Club. They offer a range of programs and competitions, and you can find more information about the club on their Facebook page.

Furthermore, our pool is home to three swimming clubs that provide various programs and competitions. At Kurri Kurri Aquatic and Fitness Centre, managed by a qualified facility management organization, we offer swimming and water safety programs, aqua classes, squads, personal trainers, and fitness programs. If you are interested in booking our pool for school carnivals or fun days, please check the booking times on our website. Admission passes for the upcoming 2023/24 season are available for singles, couples, and families who wish to use our public pools. You can apply for an admission pass on our website.

For schools and community groups looking to host events and carnivals at a Council swimming pool during the 2023/24 season, you can apply on our website. Please also complete the Outdoor Pool User Agreement form provided.
