"When I asked Val an "expert" in the aisle for assistance her response was "I have no idea" despite her doing absolutely nothing and talking to not a single other customer. It was the kindness of another customer to help me reach for an out of reach item. I was accused of shoplifting but 8 ignorant staff over the comms who have no idea how difficult it is to live with a disability. They would rather accuse customers of shoplifting than assist customers in the shop! Ridiculous! Spent over an hour in the store only to put everything down when accused for the sixth time for shoplifting when I had a trolley just like everyone else. Get rid of all the useless, uninformative, accusatory and discriminatory staff Bunnings you can do better than this!"

"Another great Bunnings store with everything to offer. Popped in today as I needed some general household supplies and of course found everything I needed. The store both inside and out (carpark) were very clean and tidy. All shelves were well stocked and had clear prices displayed for the appropriate products. During my browsing I walked passed a male team member that made eye contact, asked how I was and was there anything he could help with. This makes for an excellent shopping experience with great service. I used the self-serve checkouts. However, they did have full-service checkouts also open at 10am on a public holiday, which was great to see. All round a great shopping experience."
