"Plenty of staff but none willing to help. Lady up the back at least pointed in the direction but the other 3 or 4 staff in the same aisle acted like I was an inconvenience for being there. One of your cleaning staff that came outside twice for no reason (no rubbish around the car park) with the cleaning pick up tongs and bucket purposely for some reason did a loop around my car and scratched it! Perhaps because I didn't spend money in your store because your store lacked a decent range and had unprofessional customer service. My personal details were also leaked to a stalker of mine and there's a possibility it was because of this store's inability to be aware of privacy and confidentiality laws. Surely your employer would be interested in knowing that's a sackable criminal offence."

"False advertising on an item purchased, massive inconvenience and in return we received terrible customer service and left with a giant problem on our hands to sort out ourselves.. due to Anacondas FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!! Which would still be incorrect had we not brought their attention to it. On top of this issue, we had 2 staff members try to send us with our brand new $170 self inflating mattress with massive tears in the bag and then made me stand and argue for 5 minutes that I didn't want a damaged "brand new" product before they took it back to replace it. Just useless, from the floor to management. Our money will now go directly to competitors, who actually seem to care about their product quality and customer service."

"Wouldn't sign me up as club member for discounted prices at the checkout, horrible service when leaving and didn't buy any shoes. Go to Macpac in town and see Sarah, she's fantastic"

"No wonder they have such a low rating. Went to buy in store only to be told despite 13 items in stock the garage door was stuck so stock was inaccessible. Did a click and collect, had it cancelled, went it to store to be told by a different manager there is no stock and the garage door is fine. Called customer service and they didn't give a %hit. Now the items wont be delivered in time. Thanks for wasting my time."

"Huge range of all the good stuff.. everyone knows that. But I had a drama with an electrical product, brought it in and was back out the door within 5 mins. Very easy exchange. Great customer service from young lady too."
