"We were told we had to have socks to try shoes on, “ok, so where are the socks?”, also told: “they’re available for purchase”.. are you serious?! Not good enough guys.. here I am trying to run around after kids, just wanting to get some shoes tried on so we can get back to school & faced with: getting in line, buying socks, spending money without even knowing if we’re going to commit to a pair yet, then getting it sorted, sorry but we’d be too much time & money in before even getting shoes on feet.. I’d rather spend good money elsewhere.."

"Poor service. Went in. Spent 10 minutes looking at the shoe wall. Luckily the shoes I wanted were displayed in my size. The whole time no one came and asked me if I needed help , there were no other customers in the store. One girl was packing stuff from a box and the young fella just stood at the counter. When I brought up the shoe I wanted to purchase he was polite but shame I needed to look after myself for the whole time. If they were on commission then I would have expected to have earnt it. Only reason I bought the shoes was because they were comfortable and on sale and I needed them. If not I would have walked out the door."

"The male staff member you had working in your store could do with some basic traing on people skills, rudest interaction I have ever had with any store employee. My wife asked him if they had childrens jackets and was told to look in the corner, with out any luck finding them we tryed to ask the female employee for help, when this individual decided it would be OK to yell across the store that they obviously don't have any in a demeaning tone, the female emoyee than proceeds to show us the hackets which they had behind other clothes. But by thus point the disgusting way in which you staff member spoke to my wife I put all of the clothes we had already decided to purchase down and left the store, will never return."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. service was ausome.i got what I wanted and at a great price. For being in lock down for so long they did great. I will definitely go there again thank you in sport."
