"Very ordinary service. Management there is a joke! Been there twice and they make you wait for ages. One of the managers said he was looking for some work boots. 15 mins later I walked down the front and he is stuffing with paperwork. Then second time they have a main deal, buy 1 get 1 free. Tool 10mins just for a manager to override the system to fix the promotion. Then they left a security tag on and I live 45 mins from. Greenhills, so I attempted to remove myself and now jumper is damaged. Don't expect good customer service if you go there!"

"I went to PIVOT for my second time in three years. I must say the staff are the most helpful you could find PIVOT GREENHILLS has one truly remarkable young lady "Kayla" as i am a bit of a old fool and very particular about getting the exact perfectly fit pair of runners, when i i start paying over $$$. Well this Kayla, accommodated all my enquiries and tried exceptional hard to meet my desire result. Even to the point we found my shoes, but guess what they didn't have the size. So i thought lets check out the other named stores to see if they had my size. .....WELL the service was terrible and they were rushing me and trying to sell me higher priced shoes without the same sought comfort factor. So i went back to Kayla and i purchased not one but two pairs of Runners, one NIKE, one ASICS the Nikes i will use for road training and the ASICS for Crossfit. The NIKE they had my size took them home. However, Kayla ordered the ASICS that were not in my size that day and they arrived4 days later at home. ***To the management of PIVOT -KAYLA is an exceptional employee with a absolutely beautiful positive demeaner. I came back to your store because of the way she made me feel (even though i was so much older than her - i felt respected) It was tis reason that i ended up buying two pairs instead of one... there was no pressure from her or any suggestion i should buy an extra set, and that exactly why i did. ! I personally do not take the time to write reviews often... but this young lady needs to be praised as a valuable employee !! Mark Kilburn"

"Very happy with the service. Walked in looking to buy my mum a pair of joggers for Mother’s Day. Sharni approached me to ask if I needed assistance. I was after a size 8 in a certain shoe which the system said they had stock but she couldn’t find them after looking everywhere. She then took me through the process of getting the shoes delivered. I got the shoes delivered in 3 days like she told me they would. Sharni did an amazing job with providing great customer service."
