Three weeks later, I called on the weekend to seek an update, only to be told they would contact me back with an update the following Monday (they never did) A week later, I called to seek another update. They said the order was still on back log and would call me in 2 to 3 days time with an update (again, they never did). 5 weeks later, I still never received a phone call as promised. I called today only to receive the same response and requested a refund. Better off doing business elsewhere."
