"Great for little kids. It was packed today. Totally fenced. Good to see the councils are putting more thought and planning into the playgrounds. No pics today I was with toddles and other small children around. But great. 1 issue the what was call the merry go round when I was a kid has been bought back. But it's embedded in the ground and is extremely hard to push. Getting minimal speed up is all but impossible. Nice try but fail."
"Great open area with playground and workout area, skatepark and dog park"
"The new playground is fantastic. A mix between nature play and plastic pirate ship play area. The only downside is that it can be quite busy on the weekends, so you might wait a while for the swings."
"What a great park. Water play. Wheel chair accessible. Large format allows children to be free while being in a fenced area as the dogs play nearby. A long awaited upgrade that looks great and will be great for the kids for years to come. Bathrooms and Bbqs have not been forgotten in the upgrade either. Getting locked out of the car here was not an issue Access Now Newcastle was there to help in no time. Number attached if anyone needs it."
