"I buy my partners work wear and daughters school wear from this store. Even possess a Lowe’s Store Card. I visited the store yesterday to exchange a pair of pants (never worn) I bought for my partner that didn’t fit even though it was the same size as the ones he was wearing. The lady was so rude refusing to exchange coming up with all kinds of excuses and stating our policy is we can’t return goods. After asking her to contact her supervisor she returned saying there was no answer and then proceeded to deny the exchange again with more excuses. What happened to customer service? All she had to do was ask for my details so the supervisor can get back to me and reassure me that we will come to an agreed outcome! I left the store without purchasing the additional $200 I was willing to spend that day. I will not buy anything from that store again!"
