"Worst experience ever! No help at all, even asked her for help and no hello, nothing! Soo this is a long review but my good I walked out in tears… When I asked for her help she followed me over I explained my situation that I was wearing a moon boot for 11weeks because I broke my ankle and I’ve had it off for about two weeks and It still hasn’t fully healed… and I’m looking for something supportive and also something nice to wear to my brother in laws wedding in a couple of days and I’m struggling to find something because I’m a size 10 but I cant find where the size 10’s are. She walked away pulled some shoes down for the upper shelves and hand me the two boxes, still no word from her, I asked what are they ? she finally says something, boots. And walks away! Back to the front. I was like ok had look at the “boots”.and tried of some other shoes on not in my size coz I couldn’t see and size 10’s, AND after that I had to constantly walk back and forth and ask her help. It felt like I was an inconvenience focussed she wanted to stand at the front counter. By the end of it my ankle is so swollen from trying shoes on and walking back and forth from where to size 11s and 9s were. It’s definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever had."

"Best shop ever The workers are so nice and willing to help all customers and the shoes are so comfortable and I recommend to buy shoes here there is so much to offer there is school shoes for your kids there are work shoes to wear as well. I love the store and it’s close to the door so if u need to just go quick and get shoes you can do a quick run. I disagree about the phone calls obviously they are busy don’t complain about that."
