Please be aware that all transactions at Hunter Valley Retreat are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$). A minimum deposit of one night's tariff is required at the time of booking, and a valid Credit Card number is necessary for confirmation. The balance of the total amount must be paid at least 30 days prior to your booking date. Payment of the deposit signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Kindly note that once a booking is confirmed, all other inquiries for that date are automatically turned away. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a one night cancellation fee. No refunds will be given once the balance has been paid 30 days prior to your arrival.
