"Visited the pharmacy to collect over the counter medication. Asked the pharmacist to label the medication as it was for a NDIS participant. The pharmacist took umbrage with my request as it was close to closing time. Keep in mind I had entered the store before closing time to purchase said items. Pharmacist then proceeded to tell me some sob story that she wanted to get home to see her child. Not my concern at all. I don’t know why she would feed this utter garbage to me. The pharmacy closes at 6pm . Do your job up until that time. If that is unsustainable for you? Don’t work!! Go home and be a stay at home mother. Please don’t whine to customers about your home life situation. It is not my concern. Very unprofessional service!!"

Being in immense pain her help with offering a glass of water to take my pain medication when it was dispensed was very much appreciated. Thank you for being so caring and helpful"

"After being a loyal customer for many years with Khodary Chemist and now YDC Kurri Kurri, recent events have prompted me to close my account with YDC Kurri Kurri. My account was always paid within a few days of receiving it. Recently I have had to contact YDC to ask for my monthly account, which when received often did not show a credit for recent payments. This month I formed the opinion that the accounting system was deplorable and unprofessional. The final straw was when my wife was told that the account was closed as it was too far in debit. At this stage she was abused in front of a shop full of customers. This embarrassment forced her to tears upon her arrival home. This situation arose because of their incompetent account keeping as the account was up to date. Recent instances also included prescriptions not being filled although up to 2 weeks’ notice was given. Most of the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We are sorry to have to go “across the road” due to the decline in what was a very good service. Although I requested that my wife receive an apology for her embarrassment, none has been received. I am also aware that other customers have experienced similar service and that we are not the only customers to change providers."
