"Booked a room for what I thought was going to be a great weekend away with the family, booked in, went up to the room they had put us in. I was horrified… Hole in the wall, missing a blind, green goo what I hope is slime from some kids on the ceiling, no smoke alarm. Went back to reception they put us in another room. This one wasn’t much better. Cups look like they were just wiped out after other people, bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Don’t expect to get what you paid for, photos are wrong and look like they are a completely different place. Was meant to stay for 2 nights ended up being 1 and they decided to take Saturday nights money as a cancellation fee. The whole amount. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

"Great space, one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer and a very reasonable price for that. Housekeeping need to be more efficient with their cleaning service, the sofa bed is quite filthy but besides that everything is great and much appreciated ."

"We were given not the room we booked on Airbnb. The room did not have a working shower and we were told to use the spa bath (way too tall for that). Shutters covering front door were broken so could see people smoking outside. I didn’t feel safe at this place so we left. Thankfully we got a refund despite the poor customer service. I recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere ALOT nicer."

"This is the worst accommodation I have stayed in by a country mile. It started with the extremely unprofessional attitude by the man behind the desk. While standing in the foyer he rudely hangs up on someone on the phone and within earshot of me turns to his colleague and says “I hate peoples, I honestly do”. Clearly embarrassed his colleague looks at me and says “Not you!” I have to return to reception two more times to obtain the door access code even though I was told at check in it was sent to my phone as a text. The lady asked if I had checked my ‘trash text messages’ - never heard of it. The room - the sofa seats were that worn out you couldn’t sit on them because you would slide off. The bed - had to chock pillows left and right to prevent from rolling out of bed because the edges were that worn. The aircon unit(s) directly above the room would kick in and last 6 minutes the stop for 2 minutes. I did not have the aircon on so other units must have their units directly above the room I was staying in. The start up would send vibrations through the room. Once peace was found, the sound of trucks braking for the traffic intersection directly outside my room would become evident following by other road noises. It is 2am at the moment and I have not slept since a tiring long day of work. The on-site parking is first in best dressed which meant lugging all your belongings and valuables distance to your room. I’m booked in for two nights but will not be staying here. Unfortunately due to the time of morning there is nowhere else to go. Extremely poor accommodation. Avoid especially if you are travelling or working and need rest."

"Stayed here with a large group for a netball tournament. We had nothing but problems. My apartment hadn't been cleaned other than a change of towels and restock of soaps. Food scraps on bench tops, bathroom dirty. We had to go and purchase disinfectant wipes and gloves and cleaned our own room as the line up for reception was out the door with disgrunted people. Other rooms had missing smoke detectors, incorrect bedding layout, dirty towels laying around on check in. They cancelled one of our rooms and rebooked it without confirming with us when we required the room. They were obviously very busy. But if you are fully booked, you should have extra staff on and ensure rooms are ready before 7pm! The man at reception was rude. Would not recommend."
