"If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Lorna Jane Charlestown and was CHASED by an employee into another store and was rudely accused of shoplifting a pair of leggings from their dressing room. This middle aged women not only stalked me down and accused me of stealing while INSIDE another shop which not only scared me due to her passive aggressive attitude but also embarrassed me in front of friends and other customers in this store. After asking for us to take every article of clothing out of our bags to confirm we did not take a pair of leggings she persisted with her comments. However, I am not sure where else we would be hiding said pants as our legs were evidently bare as shown by us wearing shorts. Next time I suggest if you accuse a person of shoplifting to follow the correct protocol by calling security instead of confronting an innocent customer who will now refuse to shop with you again. I suggest a long team talk over correct protocol and how not to chase and accuse an innocent women."

"I had the best experience with the two lovely ladies working late this afternoon. As a plus sized girl I’ve never been made to feel so self confident by anyone !! I’m usually super uncomfortable trying on clothes and leave upset but these two ladies made me feel so comfortable and I hope the company recognises these employees work and continues to employ women like them. "A couple of days ago I entered the store right before closing time (not realising), and the ladies were so quick to help me in finding what I was looking for. They stayed back after closing the store to assist me and they seemed so happy to. In the end I walked out with 3 pairs of leggings and a big smile on my face. Amazing customer service!"

"I came into the store today looking to purchase a pair of tights as all my tights kept rolling down and were uncomfortable. I thought being a larger body type I’d need the size L. I was served by a beautiful lady named Trudy who was honestly so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the perfect pair of tights in the right size. Trudy encouraged me to try on multiple sizes and gave me advice on how the perfect tights should fit. She also told me about the eco fabric, which really sold me. I left the store with tights in a smaller size I never would have picked if it wasn’t for her help. Her customer service is 11/10. I would recommend anyone check out the Lorna Jane store."
