"Friend was overcharged, we were accused of stealing TWICE by the SAME workers, obviously they were wrong. We even asked for permission to use the dressing room. Honestly , unwelcoming service and with the recent reviews, they should think about training staff or finding new ones. WONT BE RETURNING AFTER BEING ACCUSED A SECOND TIME. Not friendly at all . If nothing is done will be taking it further."
"Was probably going to spend over $120 and noticing you two of you guys were both busy on the phone walking around store and with customer, I’m in there every few weeks I believed it would be ok for me to enter the change rooms and discover my sizes, not before the manager ( I think)has thrown the customer she was speaking with away to bang on the door making me re-dress and pointing out the sign that I must ask permission?? I dropped my clothes and left in tears, was already having an awful day and I thought this is one store I always feel welcomed, not anymore."
"Rude and dishonest staff, dusty and filthy dressing mirrors and rooms, clothes are untidy and cluttered everywhere, staff needs to be trained for their cleanliness and team collaboration, one female staff there doesn’t even know what she’s doing and waiting lines are becoming inconvenient to customers."
"Hi JAY JAYS, Jeeb here. Been coming here for years especially for grafic Tees. My favourite T-shirts I have acquired include: Sponge bob Big Bang theory (bazinga) Young Sheldon (mini bazinga) And adventure time :-D My eldest son, Sean who is interlectually disabled, loved it here when he was able to pick out 4 items for for his birthday (13th). Staff rock my Sox off! -JEEB"
