"If zero stars was an option, they would get zero stars. I went in to wait for a particular hairdresser, on a busy Saturday morning. After being told that I was the next person in line, I happily sat down and waited. After one hour and 40 minutes, I was led to a chair… and a hairdresser started to ask what I wanted. I said that I had to be fast, as I was paying dollars 60 per hour for Support Worker , due to my disability. The hairdresser got extremely frustrated at the fact, that I said I had to be quick. And started to have a go at me, saying they were understaffed and it was a busy day and I was being a I was very upset at this behaviour and left without even getting a haircut."
"Deadset shocking haircut, halved the length of hair when asking to just tidy the ends, uneven blend hacked at with thinning scissors. Don’t recommend! All these google reviews are paid."
"Haircut itself was good. No complaints there. But was told to wait in store and it will be 20 minutes. I was sitting down for 90 minutes in store and skipped about 8 times, young girl at door seemed to struggle with customer ordering. Entire process took 2 hours and had to pay for parking."
