"There’s an EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional staff member here. Either Hannah or Gemma. She might have used another staff members log in to check me out and then refund me. I cannot believe how I was treated on BOTH occasions. Firstly she did not listen to my concerns or what I wanted to achieve with some hair care. She Let me walk out with two products that weren’t suitable. When I came in to see if I could have them swapped, she tried saying I did not tell her my concerns or that I had hair extensions which I did! Just proves she was not listening and she thought she had good recommendations for me and said I should just get a refund because she can’t help me because everything she recommended I disagreed with apparently.. I was going to just swap products but after that remark, I do not want to support a business with staff like that! I came in because the toner she rec ruined my colour.. I asked for a warm bright creamy toner for blonde hair and she gave me a ice pearl toner… I just wanted something to freshen me up in-between salon visits and I wanted a treatment as a conditioner as my hair is dry atm, she let me take a pre shampoo treatment instead…. I am still in shock of how rude and passive aggressive she was. She does not know her products which is literally her job to know. How embarrassing.. IF that were me, I would have asked someone or I’m sure they have product information there for their products which she could have looked up and then let the client know. I would never speak to someone, let alone a customer the way she did. Absolutely appalling!!"

"The staff here couldn’t even wait until I got out of the store to start discussing me. I have autism and was struggling to find the social skills to articulate what I was thinking, so potentially she thought I was rude or strange or whatever I don’t really care - let me leave the store before you start talking about me. I got a $10 voucher and I won’t be back to use it. Super disappointing because I never had an issue during the 7 years I worked in the centre. Retail is hard, people are odd, but get some manners."
