"Stopped there this morning got a sandwich after the two girls served someone in front of us. We had ordered coffees but they couldn’t work the machine and ignored us. We asked for our money back to go somewhere else but were ignored until other customers spoke up. We use subway a lot but this one is pathetic. One girl on her phone and one eating and couldn’t serve the customers, really I’ve never seen that at subway before. Give this franchise a big miss."
"Ordered subs for our family twice in the space of a few weeks, both times the order was missing the same footlong sub. Phoned the store and was told I could pick them up next time. Have been in twice to get them to be told both times that I can only pickup if a manager is in store. Still waiting for a call back from the manager after more than a month and several calls. Very rude and poor service. We now go to Cameron Park and always get what we ordered."
