Welcome to The Olive Tree Brasserie, located in the picturesque Summerland Point in Australia. As a husband and wife team, we have shared a lifelong dream of owning and running our own restaurant, and we are thrilled to see that dream come true. Colin, hailing from the North of Scotland, brings a wealth of experience from working in various establishments in both the UK and Australia. Tracy, originally from South Africa, has also enjoyed working in the hospitality industry across South Africa, the UK, and Australia. Together, we have a deep passion for providing exceptional hospitality and an unforgettable dining experience.

Our journey began nearly 5 years ago in Budgewoi, where we offered dinner service 5 nights a week. However, in February, we made the difficult decision to relocate to Summerland Point. Despite the challenges, we are excited to now offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options to our valued patrons. We are grateful to have our dedicated staff members who have been with us since the beginning, as well as the new additions to our team. Together, we hope to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will keep you coming back for years to come.
