"I had a truly frustrating experience when I decided to order pizza online. I patiently waited for a staggering two hours, only to realize that the restaurant had absolutely no record of my order. It's understandable that delays can happen, but not having any evidence of my order was simply ridiculous. To make matters worse, I was already $60 poorer due to this ordeal. The most appalling part is that I have to wait for three whole days to get my money back. This kind of service is absolutely disgusting. When I called the restaurant to inquire about my order, the person on the other end of the line seemed completely indifferent to the situation. They couldn't care less about the terrible service or the fact that my food never arrived. Their proposed solution was for me to provide proof of my order so they could prepare and cook it on the spot. I promptly mentioned that I had the order number, but then they claimed they couldn't even look it up. It was beyond frustrating. When I finally requested a refund, they had the audacity to ask for the order number again. Seriously? Come on, guys. Charging premium prices for such subpar customer service is absolutely unacceptable. This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone."
"Every time we try this place there is always problems, which is SUCH a shame because the pizza’s are great. Tonight was too bad to look past. Got there on time for pick up. Pizzas were sitting out ready and I noticed we were one short. Let them know and they checked the receipt and noticed the error… said it would be another 7-8 minute wait. Fine. Mistakes happen. All good. No apology though, which seemed odd. Male staff member made the missed pizza then, as they handed them over, I noticed they’d also missed a garlic bread. No idea why they didn’t check the receipt after their first error, but staff just seemed more annoyed than apologetic that they had to fix a second mistake. Male staff member finally handed the complete order over the counter. No apology for the wait or the mistakes, just a passive aggressive count of the order like it was our fault they’d got our order wrong. Twice. Got home. Toppings missing from the vegan royales and you could tell the missed pizza was rushed as the toppings were scant. The other 3 pizzas were cold from the wait of the mistakes. So disappointing. This place has all the makings of a brilliant business with such a good product, but the staff just seem to let the place down time and time again. Mistakes are fine, that’s life, but customer service skills here are just so lacking. I know hospitality is a tough gig, but that’s no reason to treat customers so poorly!"
"Always fresh, great, pleasant service from the young staff. Some who are obviously learning, doing a great job. Reliable takeaway. And my cat loves sitting on the warm boxes."
"Placed an online order at 6:45pm estimated time 60 mins for delivery, at 8pm called and asked if they weren't far away, but the person on phone said they where having a problem with drivers and it was only just going in the oven, called three times at 8:45 and no answer, driver finally arrived at 9:15, most of the food was nearly room temperature and the driver said he left the store at 8:30, still tastes great, love the food but seriously TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Do they only look after their customers dining in store or pickups? A courtesy call to say they where having problems with drivers would have been great, this is why we enter our phone numbers in right ? The person on the phone said they where only just putting it in the oven 1.5 hrs later, is that because they know they driver wont be back for a while?, GET MORE DRIVERS, stop treating your delivery customers like trash and a bonus to the profit for the night, clearly there is an issue with delivery with all the other reviews.. Unfortunately I wont be returning. Also don't bother replying and saying you will be contact with the store / manager because clearly this isn't happening and hasn't been resolved for years going off older reviews."
