"I understand customer service can be subjective, but my experience with these guys has been exceptional - Harry took my call and gave me clear information and understanding. He was above-and-beyond helpful by suggesting options or other suppliers that might have been able to help with my query, even suggesting competitor stores; ultimately I felt like they were doing their best to assist me, and wanted the most successful outcome to my problem. Harry followed up with photos and emails in a timely fashion, and didn't leave me waiting days on end for a response. While the end result was that BMB were not able to fix my specific problem, they had determined that very early on (and told me), and yet still took time out of the day to continuuing helping me at no cost to myself. Overall, this is what I believe good Customer Service should be. If I were to shop for a new bicycle, or require a service they provide, this would be the first place I go. Thanks again!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is shocking, no calls to update how it was going. Had the bike for 2 weeks to replace a bolt. Got the premium service which was supposed to include a through clean but the bike still had dirt all over it. Will never go back. Pathetic."
