I was privately saying stuff about my northern private anatomy and this very very young member of staff repeated everything I said out LOUD for the whole shop/central mall to hear. It was like a disturbing echo, entertainment for the 2 already embarrassed men in with their partners and 5 women shopping there. Integrity and a bit of decorum would be nice"
"The staff member I was served by was abrasive, erratic, dismissive of legitimate fit concerns and frankly dishonest. I actually felt like she was trying to gaslight me over a very obvious sewing fault in the cup of a bra I tried on. She came across as aggressive and predatory and I absolutely will not shop in there if I see her working now. If I wasn't in need of new bras I would have walked out with nothing. I was also disgusted to see that BnT is now forcing customers to answer gratuitous surveys on the eftpos machine before payment, if you want genuine customer feedback try asking better questions, "Were you offered assistance in the change room" becomes completely irrelevant when the "assistance" is disingenuous."
