"I had seen the less than stellar reviews before going but literally said to my colleagues before we walked in on Friday that "it's burgers and ribs, how can you stuff that up?". Spoiler alert, apparently you can. Six of us sat down for lunch and ordered six burgers, four sides to share, and some drinks. There was another table of four but the place seemed pretty quiet. ~45 minutes later our food arrived. One of the burgers was missing several ingredients, two of the sides were wrong, and one didn't show altogether. All of that was fixed after asking, but afterwards we were asked to pay the difference for the more expensive side we were given by mistake. We refused of course at which point the server dropped the topic, but still, weird to ask. Ignoring the service though, how was the food? Fine, I guess? It's not that any of the food was particularly bad, but it certainly wasn't great. BBQ wings were *very* sweet Chipotle wings were pretty bland Blue cheese sauce tasted incredibly strong Pulled pork burger was surprisingly small and kinda bland Chicken burger was pretty dry Beef burger was well received Overall I'd say mediocre food combined with multiple mistakes means I'm not going back in a hurry."
"My work colleague and I decided to try this for lunch today. We had both order the classic chicken on a seeded bun. We got back to the office and we were disappointed that we were actually given the basic chicken even though we paid for the classic. The breast was dry and hardly any lettuce and not what we ordered. I will not be in a rush to come back . Plus we waited 15 /20minutes for takeaway"
