"We received the wrong colour confetti in a gender reveal balloon (apparently manufacturer error). Whilst it’s great the staff replaced the balloon for free (after we already had the drama) and the staff were nice enough- where is the compensation for the debacle of revealing the wrong colour to begin with?? A completely unfair situation to be put in and a refund should have been given but was refused because the balloon was replaced- which is completely irrelevant after the fact."
