"I am only aware of the service centre area, as I have not purchased a vehicle here. They are always very busy, so it can be hard to get through to them on the phone. However, when onsite, everyone is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the coffee machine and biscuits plus receiving a clean car after the service. Even better is the option of a loan car."
"Called last week to book my GWM Ute I bought brand new off Duttons. The lady was super rude and not helpful at all. I live in Hahndorf and have booked my Ute into City Jeep as they were more than happy to book me in. Looking at the previous reviews, it seems you need a new person on the phones and need to sort some things out. I will not be booking in my car for future services after that rude phone call I had."
"Phone manners are dreadful, belittling and don't listen to what you are saying, you have to repeat yourself constantly. Car was dropped off at 8am, as requested, but not started on till after 4pm, then required the car overnight. Didn't get the car back till 4pm the following day, all was done was a wheel alignment, and a diagnostic on the engine. Wheels were aligned but still have the main problem the car went in for. Not going back."
"Real shame booked my car for 8am waited for service to be completed in office Thought they were also fixing a clear coat problem on bumper. 7.5 hrs waiting paint wasn't touched photos sent of for head office approval .Just a service no one told me they booked the car for 4pm pick up no one notifying me.I was in office most of the day all i was told was it was going to be awhile. Found out at end of day one staff member was off.Not my problem i lost a whole day of planned things to do .No loan car and still have to go back at some time for bumper repairs which they knew about from its first service no pics taken then also took car back for recall items to be updated no pic again not taken. I live 1hr away so not impressed at all."
