"If you enquire about the cost of standard service based on all pertinent information such as the car make, model and millage and are given a price range for that service, book in for that service based on the quote provided and then get charged an amount significantly more, you have to question why? The amount charged was also significantly more that the fixed price quote for the same service at a dealer. Then to top it all off, they didn't even fill out the log book. Even though it was left out on the seat as they specifically requested. Something is not right here with the business practices, pricing and level of service you receive! Would not recommend!!! Apparently the owner would like customers to re-negotiate the quote made at the time of securing the booking, when you have the car dropped off for the agreed service. Right? The service was a time based service, as recommended by the manufacturer. The log book records are based on either millage or time (months from when the vehicle was delivered), whichever is appropriate. No details were recorded in the log book by your company to accurately reflect the service that was performed. I have never had this problem when getting my cars serviced by a dealer. They seem to know how to fill out log books correctly and accurately."
