"I don’t even want to give this one star. We just needed a simple key copy. The man there was so so so rude to us, thinking we are not Aussie and couldn’t understand what he talking about. If you wanna make money, have a good attitude first. We finally turned to the shop outside BigW, and the price was $3 cheaper than this one."
"Sold me a garage clicker which was faulty. Staff member didn't even know how to open the clicker to test it. Then claims he tested it and it works. Refuses to acknowledge fault and will not return it."
"Bad customer service. I forgot to bring my ticket but just wanted to check if I could pick up my shoes. Asked nicely and told them I could come back tomorrow if was too much trouble for them. The man repeatedly complained about people not bringing the tickets back while there were only a few pairs of shoes in that cupboard and it took him less than a minute to find mine. Almost shouted at me while I kept nice and polite and repeatedly telling him I'm sorry and I can come back tomorrow if it's easier. I don't deserve this horrible attitude and "won't come back again" as he said when I left."
"I had a new remote cut for my Mazda from a non remote key. It took a while with visits to the car to get it right, but it works perfectly. The two lads who did the job were friendly and polite and undercut the other local keycutter by a decent amount. Very happy with their service overall and will continue to use them."
"Attended wanting the battery in my Tissot watch replaced. Was told five to ten minutes. I left and returned to find that my expensive watch had been left on the counter (and no one in the store) which could easily have been stolen. The worker came back with food a few minutes after and proceeded to scratch up my watch and was unable to change the battery."
