"Have been a loyal John McGrath customer for 9 years, specifically holden for the last 4. Always taking my cars to the dealer to be serviced. The service department for holden is absolutely appalling. Car has been in for the same problem 4 times and still not fixed. New excuse every time. A new problem was pointed by the service department during the last service done on the car. We were told to rebook for repair, which we did with about two weeks lead time. Taken in for repair and was informed by text a couple of hours later that parts still had to be ordered. I will never again purchase a car from John McGrath that needs to be serviced at the old Holden dealership. Take your cars anywhere but here!!!"
