We operate from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and have the capacity to service over 70 vehicles per day. When you bring your Mazda to us, we offer a range of facilities for your convenience. If you prefer to wait, we provide complimentary WI-FI, coffee, and a kid's play corner near our comfortable lounge area. If you have other commitments or need to head to work, we offer a bus run and complimentary loan cars.
As part of Mazda's Service Select Program, we complete all log book services, using only genuine Mazda spare parts. You can find the pricing for your next Mazda scheduled maintenance based on your VIN or registration number on Mazda Australia's website.

"Sadly disappointed by a centre I've been taking my car to a few times for servicing. I sought clarification of a common fault of my particular model's infotainment system. Staffer couldn't give a straight answer, ignored my questions but was eager to book me in anyway. I contacted another Mazda dealer who advised me my issue was still covered by warranty and they'd honour it. Phillip Mazda conveniently left out that important bit of info. I'd rather do a round trip from the South to North for my car issues, knowing I'll not only find resolution but I'm learning how to look after my car. I'm sure my situation isn't isolated. Phillip Mazda, not for me!"
