"Awful experience with the Amber tiles Fyshwick team, bought some cheimcals , when went back to return some chemicals sealed ones, they deducted 20% which they did not informe me while I was buying the items, just ripping people off, never buy from this store, very bad customer experience and rude staffs. They should state their policies clearly and inform the customers. They are absolutely fraud and untrustworthy. Be careful with them"
"Went to the fyshwick store and Irene and David helped me select everything from the floor to ceiling tiles to the bath toilet tap ware etc. I am so impressed by the service that was provided that I will be back to purchase all my tapware for my kitchen in a couple months. "Great outdoor display area. David and his crew were very helpful and informative. Their service was excellent answering all our questions. Their prices on premium travertine pavers was competitive. Pavers were delivered on time as described and at a very decent delivery cost. Purchased 60 square meters of premium travertine pavers and a 10L drum of sealant. Thank you David and crew. Would recommend Amber to family and friends."
"We visited the store a few weeks ago, a very helpful young salesman provided excellent advice, we made some choices which we took away to consider. Returned to the store last Friday to place an order. We were the only ones in the showroom but after a few minutes with the salesman (not the one we had seen previously) were advised he needed to take his hail damaged car for inspection and would return in 30 minutes. He eventually returned only to serve a couple who came in as he returned - so we waited patiently but as soon as he finished with those customers he then went outside serving two obvious tradies!! There had been another staff member at the desk but he apparently did not deal with customers. Both totally ignoring us! We left then having waited close to 2 hours. A message was left for the person we saw a few weeks ago to call us, he did not. We will go elsewhere. Absolutely would not recommend this store."
