We went to Choices and found the team incredibly helpful and patient as they talked us through the pros and cons of various products. They even gave us several samples multiple times as we ummed and ahhed several times. Communication were great between Choices and the company doing our kitchen renovation (The Kitchen Co who happened to be next door). The flooring take-up was easy and the team was extremely friendly and professional. The installation was smooth - we had Jason as our installer and you could see he takes great pride in his work, and how experienced he is. In taking up the carpet in the dining, we found McNeil's Carpet Choice written on the bottom - I think that shows how trusted Choices Flooring are trusted are for flooring needs in Canberra! (The carpet was chosen by the previous owners)"

"Highly recommend Choices Flooring. Just completed my carpet install over 2 phases (top/lower level house). They worked with me right though the entire process making it easy. From selection, to install, times with quality service - they are all about keeping the customer happy. Also have a great range of custom carpets which I needed for my MCM home. I ended up customising to meet our needs... no problems. Seamless interaction with visits, phone calls, emails they were right back to me with options, photos of ideas and samples. Never once did I feel pressured even if I hadn't placed an order (or guaranteed my business with them). So if you are picky like I was it's definitely the place for you. I've been that customer that took 6 months to decide and given lots of samples to decide. I went to many other places but nothing measured up to the service I received at Choices. It's a big decision and if you want to make the right one without worry I would not hesitate with this company."
