"I’ve usually have great service here but today they broke my after market hub caps. They told me (after they broke it) they were notorious for breaking, but didn’t give me the opportunity to remove them myself, and then didn’t offer to pay for them to be fixed or replaced. They acknowledge that they should have told me before, but still did nothing about it other than to note the aftermarket hubcaps can be brittle. To their credit after complaining they offered to replace it with a non-matching version, but didn’t entertain trying to repair what they had done or to reduce the price so I could buy a new one. Pretty disappointing after only great experiences before today."
