"The arrogance, rudeness and intimidation shown by the Manager of this Service Station, is beyond belief. My car was serviced by this place but a stop light had not been repaired. After a couple of attempts to have it fixed, I took it back at his request and was told I could bring it in any time and it would be fixed on the spot. As agreed I took it around lunchtime on 28 October only to be told in the most aggressive way (by the owner) that all his workers were having lunch. There were 4 men sitting outside the workshop. The manager then yelled at me (again aggressively)to bring it back around 3.00 that afternoon. I was lucky to get a really friendly and helpful mechanic to fix my tail light but that will not make up for the treatment I received.] I would not recommend this place to anyone and I wonder if I had been a man instead of an elderly woman, i would have received the same treatment."
