Our institution is a unique blend of an electronics store, establishment, home goods store, point of interest, school, and store. With over 30 and 50 years of ACT musical history respectively, Music for Canberra proudly offers the largest program of instrumental, ensemble, and orchestral tuition in the city.

Whether you're 18 months old or 80 years young, we have something for everyone.

Our 'Music Play' groups are specially designed for the youngest members of our community, starting as early as 18 months old. These engaging and interactive sessions introduce children to the joy of music, helping them develop essential skills while having fun.

For those living with disabilities, our 'Mixed Ability' music and drumming groups provide a supportive and inclusive environment. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joys of making music, regardless of their abilities.

Music for Canberra is proud to offer high-quality music tuition for all. Our team of experienced instructors are passionate about inspiring and engaging their students, creating a fun and enriching learning experience. We offer group instrumental tuition, as well as the opportunity to join one of our ensembles. From choirs for children to the prestigious Canberra Youth Orchestra, there is something for every aspiring musician.
