Welcome to Kyeema Springs Beef, located on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula in the southeast of South Australia. Situated on a picturesque 300-acre property, our establishment is dedicated to providing top-quality, pure-blood Black Angus beef.

At Kyeema Springs Beef, we pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainability and animal welfare. Our cattle graze freely on the rolling hills, without the use of hormonal growth stimulants or antibiotics. With 80 breeders joined in July/August for calving in late Summer, we ensure that our beef is of the highest quality and available to you from November to January.

To minimize our carbon footprint, we grow our own hay and silage on-site, which is used to feed our cattle. By avoiding feed lots, our calves are exclusively grass and milk fed, resulting in environmentally friendly practices and healthier, higher-quality meat.

One of the key advantages of choosing Kyeema Springs Beef is the low food miles our produce travels. Our cattle are sent to a local butcher, located less than 30 minutes away, ensuring minimal stress on the animals. This not only aligns with our commitment to humane practices but also guarantees a superior product. During processing, our meat is hung for two full weeks, further enhancing its flavor and tenderness.
