"I find it frustrating how customers are left standing around bewildered with their trolleys full of shopping, because there aren't any registers open. Last few times I've shopped there I've had to either ask for a register to be opened, or stand around waiting until a staff member notices there's shoppers requiring one to be open. Even then only one opens up so there is a long line up. Why is it so difficult to have register/s open for those who have too many items for the 12 items or less sections, or for the self serve? I refuse to use the self service checkouts unless you're going to pay me to do their job? Whatever happened to customer service? Oh that's right, cost and staff cuts."
