"Got to my sons appointment on time. Was told the Dr was running an hour late, and that I could just go to the Cafe across the road for an hour - with a 4 year old. As if that's just par for the course. If they are aware they are running that far behind schedule, how hard is it to pick up the phone and notify the paying customer. Ordinary stuff. I guess the time of the peasants isn't important."
